Is it possible to receive a quote without carrying out an inspection?
An inspection is always recommended, as seeing live the real conditions of what should be cleaned makes it easier to evaluate together with the customer what and what needs to be done, the times, and therefore to formulate a more accurate estimate. However, in case of urgency or necessity, the possibility of being able to formulate a quote without carrying out the physical inspection remains.
Do you have an hourly price?
Generally not, we prefer to formulate an "all inclusive" estimate referring to what we need to clean. For example, for a tourist apartment, a price is provided which takes into account not only the hours foreseen to be able to clean it, but also - if requested - the products or other; the same goes for offices, for which a one-off price is generally offered, which will always remain the same, thus also promoting customer tranquility, who will be sure of always paying the same amount (and also to simplify the procedure).
If for any reason I no longer want to work with your company, will I have to pay a cancellation fee? Are there any cancellation times?
Absolutely not, Smart Clean Service does not impose penalties or cancellation times; having said this, however, we strongly believe in dialogue with the customer, and therefore in the event of any problem or doubt, we always invite you to contact us to try to find a solution.
How long does it take from the moment we make contact to the inspection?
We are usually able to arrange an inspection within 1 or 2 working days.
Do I need to provide you with the keys to my studio/condo/apartment (or other)?
It is not mandatory but strongly recommended: this allows us to operate in your absence, and therefore to cause as little disturbance as possible and to work at our best. However, there is still the possibility of working in the presence of the customer within the structure.
Does the estimate have a cost?
Absolutely not, the inspection is free and without obligation, as is the estimate.
